At River Rock Outfitters, we believe in providing an excellent outdoor experience at an affordable price. For this reason, we operate River Rock Lodge similar to an AirBnB style. This does 2 things. First, it allows us to diligently scout each evening to ensure that your trip will be a complete success. Second, since we do not employ elaborate meals and staff, we are able to keep our rates affordable for you! We like to say, “bring your guns and your groceries.”
Hunting Packages
*It is important to note that our hunting packages do not automatically include an additional nights stay. Often we are done hunting early, so departing on the day of your last hunt has become common. We can add an additional night when the calendar allows, for $100/person.
*A 50% deposit is required to confirm your dates and space is limited. Until your deposit is received those dates are available to anyone. Inside of 60 days, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no exceptions. We strongly encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance to protect yourself from these unforeseen events that could affect your trip! If you wish to cancel
60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, we may return your deposit ONLY if we can re-book your dates to someone else. Parties who arrive or adjust to fewer members within 60 days will be charged for the original number of guests reserved. This is done to cover the costs of guide cancellations and lost booking revenue. No fee adjustments will be made for early departures.
The short version is you will pay for what you book! We operate on 90%+ return, repeat or referred clientele so make your reservations early to secure your preferred dates. Booking Hunting (Jan-Mar). Booking Fishing (Oct-Jan) to ensure your preferred dates.
Credit cards are accepted via Paypal, Square, Zelle or Venmo. 4% additional fees apply for CC services. Check or cash is preferred.
