Welcome to River Rock Outfitters in Montana! Embark on a thrilling Montana adventure with us.

Founded in 1997 by Jeremy DeVries, our journey began with a passion for fly fishing on the Madison and Yellowstone rivers.  Jeremy, a psychology graduate from Montana State University, resides in Billings, MT, with his wife Kori and their sons, Cole and Ryan.  Jeremy is a skilled fly casting and wing shooting instructor that can challenge even the most discerning sportsman.  Recognized with the 40 Under 40 Award in Billings, and featured on ESPN, Fox Outdoors, Wildfowl Magazine and many other publications Jeremy’s expertise spans over 4000 guide days.

In 2024, we joined forces with Mack Konigsfeld, a Montana State University Wildlife Management alum. With extensive guiding experience in Alaska and New Mexico, Mack’s competitive spirit and oceanic prowess shine on the river.  Mack grew up near Tacoma Washington and has 18 years of professional guide experience.  His attention to detail as an ocean going captain is obvious, but Mack understands how to make each day exciting and fun!
